Ohio Laser's new laser tube cutting system cuts carbon steel tubes to .625 inch thickness, stainless steel tubes to .25 inch thickness, aluminum tubes to .125 inch thickness and boasts 3000 Watts of tube cutting power.
The CAD driven tube cutter processes square tubes, oval tubes, rectangular tubes and round tubes with outside dimensions ranging from .75 to 6 inches depending upon the shape. |
The kink or plug in connections which this tube cutting system generates reduces weld fixture costs and increases production output.
This remarkable laser tube cutting system also features an automated pallet changer, complete programmable focusing and tube cutting speeds up to 2362 inches per minute.
The auto feeder can manage 21 foot long aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel tubes that are up to .25 inches in wall thickness. Tubes up to 24 feet long can be accommodated using the manual loading feature.
